The Langkawi Beach Hash House Harriers (LBH3) meet every second Friday. The circle forms at 5.30 PM and the run starts at 6.00 PM.

The basic idea of the Hash is a non-competitive jaunt through the local countryside to appreciate nature and to further encourage a thirst for beer which should already exist.
